Ordered a Vango Sherpa 70+10 Rucksack for my son's DofE as the price is fantastic, even cheaper than Amazon. It arrived very quickly, the next day I think, BUT a rucksack measuring 80cm high had been crammed so tightly into a box measuring 65x32x37cm that the aluminium bars were very curved so were nowhere close to his back, coming in again enough to make his neck bend forward. After a lot of emails, and despite Vango themselves advising me to just return it for a refund, I have found online that you can bend the bars yourself to fit your back, so that's what I've done. I have requested some guidance so I know what shape the bars on this model should be, but after being initially helpful and assuring me the bars are supposed to be slightly bent, I haven't received any more detailed information. DofE practice very soon so will have to see how it goes and buy from a proper shop if this one turns out to be too uncomfortable. Shame, as the rucksack seems very good quality.
Needed a 2 man tent quickly; phoned through and spoke to a chap who assured me it was in stock. Ordered it online, received a confirmation email about 30 mins later to say order had been placed. A further order received about an hour later to say tent would be despatched shortly. A third email to say order had been despatched and item should be arriving within 48 hours. Next day tent arrived, preceded by a text from delivery driver giving a window of 1 hour when it would arrive. Great shopping experience, tent is good, all in all a fantastic operation. ~Strongly recommended

I had no problems. Given the price was a lot less than anywhere else, I was concerned that I was taking a risk with these guys, but it appears not. Original product received in good order and very quickly. I have had no need to speak to them, so can't vouch for customer service.

Ordered on the Tuesday - arrived by the Wednesday within the specific delivery hour - fantastic. The tent itself if absolutely wonderful - does what it says on the tin - 2mins to put up and 2mins to take down. Very sturdy and with the internal groundsheet will prove to be dry and cosy. To be used for Sporting competitions and fishing trips, when the quicker you can pitch your tent the better.
