I ordered this sleeping bag on the morning of 22nd December. I had emails within minutes to say my product had been dispatched, and it arrived the next morning. At all times I was made aware of the progress of my order. This was all very impressive and reassuring in the run up to Christmas. I am delighted with the product and would buy from here again.

The product was delivered within the timescales promised and regular progress emails and messages were sent on expected arrival. A really great service which did what is said on the tin - bit unusual these days! Even notified me of a 1hr slot. Highly recommend.

Just ordered a Vango Tempest 200 tent which was £10 less than everywhere else. Free next day delivery was a bonus too ! Will definitely use Campng and Caravan direct from now on.

Bought a campingaz party grill. By far the best price around and free next day delivery. It did arrive with some slight cosmetic damage but we decided as it didn't detract from it's working capabilities and we wanted to ensure we had use of the grill over half term we didn't return it. Without the damage it would have been a 5 star service.

Had my item at the cheapest price I could find, so I did wonder if the service would be as good as, say, Amazon. No worries, the fire was despatched immediately and arrived the next working day. Unfortunately, the glass front and one of the fixings on the back had been broken in transit. Despite the fact that I had signed for it as all ok (the box looked fine from the outside), both parts were despatched out to me without quibble and arrived next day. Superb service, thank you.

Checkout and delivery was swift. However, once I unpacked the tent it became evident that the package had either been thrown around or dropped. There were pole shaped incisions in the tent bag and one of the elastics through a major pole was severed completely. This will cost me to repair. Not impressed really.

Our flame tower cover had seen better days and had to go. Found one on Camping and Caravan Direct at a reasonable price. It was delivered quickly and fits perfectly. In fact, it's much better than the original

Item turned up quickly and the use of dpd meant I was given a time slot on the day for delivery. This all went well from ordering to receipt. I haven't used the pump yet, so can't comment on its usefulness.
