As always Chichester site well run and friendly. However seems jobsworth lady from head office with coloured hair wanted to use her power and complain about my dog just outside my Motorhome Unnecessary but obviously made her feel good in front of her trainee following her 🤪
Fantastic service. Ordered a camping gas stove and had accidentally ordered the wrong regulator to go with it. Umprompted, the company rang me to let me know that the regulator would not go with the stove I had ordered. They then added the correct regulator to my order and refunded the difference. So helpful!

We have had a caravan at the Clent Hills site for a number of years but this year invested in a new bigger van that we cannot tow. On Friday we received an email saying our booking for 2nd august had been cancelled. On ringing C&CC I was told the site was closing until the end of the year but I would receive a call from the storage dept that day. No call. I telephoned on Saturday, they would send an email to this team to ring me that day. No call. Monday? Tuesday? No call. We don’t know whether we can have access to the van or what is happening. We use the van to visit elderly sisters two daughters and husbands and four grandchildren . Will we be able to visit again. If we move the van we will have to find someone who has a suitable vehicle in an area we are not familiar with. C&CC have no thought or consideration for us. They are hiding behind names and the telephones. We cannot sleep as we are so stressed about all this.
