Great service, especially when resolving an issue of an out of stock tent that was showing as in stock on the website when I ordered it. Great communication form the store and received all my items a few days later. Would, and no doubt will, use them again.

Ordered fri paying 6.99 for next day delivery, didnt arrive sat, sun, mon, tuesday....so i emailed and finally got the water pump on the wednesday, they didnt refund the silly amount of next day delivery however, instead they said, you ordered after 3pm fri, we dont work weekends and it was a bank holiday on the monday,no excuse offered for tuesday....just arrived on the wed. Thepump is not the cheapest one of this brand, and the plastic cover that goes over the waterbutt hole to protect ii is inadequate. I had a carver pump before, head is smaller on this new one easier to slot in water butt hole, but doesnt feel as chunky or substantial. Over all, for this cost not to mention the next day delivery day that actually isnt next day, i would buy from another seller and the same product cheaper from Amazon/ebay.
Speedy delivery despite ordering on bank holiday. Excellent value with the added extras,would have cost in excess of £70 more if I’d bought elsewhere. Excellent condition, packaged exceptionally. Would buy from this company again and again. Thank you.
