I’ll be honest I made my first purchase from camping & caravan direct for their excellent prices, but after dealing with them I soon discovered an amazing company with outstanding customer service, highly recommend.
Part ordered and payment taken on the 8th June with next day delivery £6.50 postage. Great! However, on the 12th June and no show of parcel received an email stating that the item was out of stock!! Within a short time received a further email stating the part had now arrived and would be shipped that day. We received the item on the 13th. A little frustrated that payment was taken for an item which was not in stock and still next day delivery quoted. Item is here now though and as ordered and communication from the 12th ok, but expected the basket or site to have shown out of stock and to be ordered. Luckily we were not in a rush to receive the part, but if we were would have been a little annoyed.
