The product we received is beautiful (got the good point out of the way). Their customer service is a disgrace. We waited in for a whole day for our delivery to arrive. It took us calling them at 4pm to be informed that it had been dropped in transit. No courtesy call, no apology. This was the tip. It took them repeated efforts from us dealing with their courier directly to get our product there with various issues regarding who had to be present for delivery. They eventually came back and blamed the courier service and the current situation with haulage in the UK. They didn't understand that that wasn't the issue. The issue was not accepting responsibility for how they managed the process and to just say sorry. We have been emailing them continually for the last week looking for an apology, even copying in their owner but have had no response. This is the shortened version of the catalogue of problems with their service. Do not line the pockets of business owners who only care about the money and not the customer. There are more deserving companies out there.
Ordered our tiles from our local stockist and there was a delay. No response from Ca Pietra. Tiles docked but not dispatched and NO communication with them I paid almost £2,000 and have been unable to keep my tiler. Do not respond to stockist, don't answer their phones or reply to emails. To top it all off a recent Instagram image was of my out of stock tiles,left a message on post. No reply. Terrible customer service. Two bathrooms to do next year, now need to find another company.
We have had a horrendous experience with this company. I would strongly dissuade anyone from using them. In short, we purchased some tiles from them for our new bathroom. We left the tiles ready for the tiler as we went away for a few days. There were no installation instructions on nor in the box of tiles. On the side of the box, it says "please refer to installation guide before tiling...sarsenstonegroup.com" Our tiler checked the website referenced and there are no installation guidelines on it and that resulted in incorrect installation. Ca Pietra has taken no accountability nor responsibility for the incorrect instructions on the box and the lack of instructions being in or on the box. As the customer, who is totally blameless here, they did not want to know. I would not go near this company again. They take your money and then do not care about you from that point on.
I love the Ca’Pietra range for it’s fabulous ranges and excellent quality. What’s also really important to me is customer service and theirs is excellent!! Charlotte at Ca’Pietra helped me find the tiles I wanted and got them out to me within days. Nothing was too much trouble. They also provide a brilliant design service. Thank you 😊
The tile is a beautiful intense colour
From the very start ordering a sample tile, the correspondence with Ca'Petra and delivery of the sample was 1st class. I will be ordering the tiles that I received a sample of.
Wow what can I say, at first it was going to cost me a bomb to buy all that paint however 2.5L can goes a long way. Love it and worth every penny. Thank you

Tiles arrived in appropriate packaging and were what I’d expected.
So pleased with my new bathroom created and installed by Ca’ Pietra. I fell in love with the Atlas soft grey encaustic tiles and they look stunning on the floor set against soft grey painted woodwork and medina latte brick tiles around the bath. It’s only a small bathroom but it feels like a boutique hotel now!! Alison was fabulous with design ideas and Craig ensured a quality finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I've been looked after by Hollie and Amber. I requested samples of floor tiles and paint swatches on several diffrent occasions. All the samples arrived safely I also used the free design service via emails. Hollie replied and supply colour scheme's in super quick time. which have been very useful. Amber emailed me to check i'd received all my samples and kindly arrange to send me 2 more sample, instead of me having to order them directly myself on line. The service has been OUTSTANDING. Thank you ladies for all your hard work. it greatly appriciated.
