Nice tiles, but not a great experience trying to return excess boxes. The instructions on the website are incomplete in that they don’t mention that a pallet is required, and the collection and restocking fees seem excessive.

Ordered and paid for some sample tiles. Also had some free sample tiles too. Unfortunately most tiles arrived broken, three of the tiles I actually paid for didn’t arrive at all and one that I paid for to look at they sent a completely different tile even though it had the name on the back it wasn’t the right tile. It was square not a subway tile and Matt not gloss with a detailed edge. Very disappointed. Spent just over £70.00 on some sample tiles and it just wasn’t worth it. Just very glad I didn’t put in a full order as I’m not sure I’d have got what I asked for and not sure they wouldn’t have turned up damaged. It is a shame as one of the tiles that did turn up as ordered and unbroken is lovely, just not sure about ordering again.
Fast and efficient service ordering tiles on the website. Tiles well packaged and arrived safely. However, disappointed with one tile as you would need four tiles to be able to see the full pattern. Would have thought this should have been mentioned when ordering or somewhere on the website!
Lovely quality tiles .. samples arrived very quickly after ordering, and well packed so none broken. Will definitely be ordering very soon for my bathroom makeover. Highly recommend.

I ordered samples from the Colour Pop range, but there's not enough stock of anything I wanted. Really disappointing.
The sample tile I wanted cost £3, but the postage was £4. I got some cut samples to go with it, but all I really wanted was the single whole tile sample so postage cost seemed high and I am put off ordering another one.

I purchased £1300.00 of tiles from Ca Pietra through a supplier. Following Ca Pietra's technical advisor's advice, a total of £379.13 of product to prepare these tiles with stain block eco and shield sealant was also purchased. The purchase of sealant was over two orders as insufficient product was advised and purchased from the supplier with the primary purchase of the tiles. Advice from Ca Pietra was directly over the phone with their technical staff and sales people. Ca Pietras advised both stain bloc eco and shield sealant were necessary. Advice and guidance given about how to prepare terracotta tiles was incorrect. Also, the wrong product was dispensed on the second order: solvent based product was issued when water based was ordered and had already been applied to the tiles. I questioned the solvent based stain bloc supplied when I recognised the product was different. I was initially advised, by the supplier and Ca Pietra, to go ahead and apply the solvent based product on tiles that had already had water based stain bloc . I received a text later to say on no account to apply the different products sequentially. Fortunately I had not started the 2nd application with this "wrong product". I was advised the correct water based product would be sent ASAP and a specific deliver day was agreed. Delivery failed. I waited 13hrs for a courier to not show up on a bank holiday Saturday. Ca Pietra please don't clear yourselves by noting this was a "bank holiday" Saturday. Had you dispensed correctly, as per the order you were given, there would have been no reason to send this 2nd delivery! No apology for inconvenience (waiting in 2 days for delivery for Ca Pietra's error) nor compensation was ever given for these mistakes. To boot, I've been "over sold" both stain block eco sealant (by 4 litres £108.40) and "shield sealant" (by 4 litres £92.96) to the value of £201.36 before VAT. The floor measurement in msq was accurate and the amount sold was based on a Ca Pietra sales person's advice for that area and number of tiles supplied. Shame on you Ca Pietra! You clearly did not take care with the advice you gave, nor the timing or content of an order supplied. You do care about the inconvenience caused by your errors to customers or some apology would have been given. All in all a costly, unpleasant experience at my expense.
