Good for initial look but a larger sample is needed when you are spending a lot of money on tiles. Will definitely buy a larger sample and visit a showroom before choosing.
Beautiful tiles, well packaged. However their arrival came as a surprise as there was no notification of dispatch.

We had bought some unusual encaustic tiles from Ca Pietra. Due to delays in the construction part of the project, we could only fit the tiles 4 months later. We didn't notice that since the tiles weren't vertically symmetrical, cut tiles couldn't be substituted for each other, which meant we needed more tiles than we planned. By this time, Ca Pietra was out of stock, and our wall was mostly done with few pieces missing. I called them and they helped me out, found another box among their samples. Okay, it was lucky as well, but it really matters that they were kind enough to actually take time and look for them. We appreciate this kindness that puts their level of service at a much higher place than many other suppliers.
