Easy to order. Tracking number provided but did not know which courier it was with? Anyway it turned up in 4 working days (which is the shortest time advised on the website). Packaging was a long thin box with knife in its sheath but other than that no packaging inside box so it was moving around during transit. Knife was OK though and very sharp, great for our requirements
