Been a butcher for years now and only recently did I acquire a full knife set with saw to do some travelling butchery for local farms and small holdings in my area, I give the service, delivery and kit 5 stars but honestly the knife roll your given was good kindling but useless for the knives I purchased.. none of them fit, no worries though I just bought a full leather one from somewhere else and now I’m set. Thanks for everything guys, no doubt I’ll be getting more in the future.
