The knife sharpener that they supplied is absolutely wonderful - Bobet Sharp easy - and never found a sharpener so easy to use and never had such sharp knives. I first saw this sharpener being used by a fishmonger in SuperU supermarket in southen France and thought it looked so easy to use and so efficient and it absolutely is.
