The delivery time of 4-8 days in this day and age is a bit of a joke. Especially due to the fact that you're dealing with production type businesses - I had to have my sausage production on pause all last week as I was waiting for the bolt. The delivery costs are also fairly steep considering the spend - £72 should warrant free delivery. I'd like to keep ordering from you but I'm afraid with the delivery times, I might be forced to use someone else next time.

Service and delivery very good. However wires on sharpening Ergo Steel 3 jump off clips and need replaced when sharpening knives. Maybe be me. Time will tell
