I have had this company store my number plate on retention for many years, and when I eventually decided to assign it to a vehicle, the customer services phone line was not being manned, however I emailed them and Ruth quickly responded and was able to sort the transaction surprisingly quickly and hassle free, with the reg plates arriving so much faster than I could have hoped for. So I would highly recommend them, thank you.

I have a registration plate up for sale with this company, and no one will pick up the phone and call me back as i have a few questions that i wanted to ask. Therefore i would not recommend that anyone uses this company as so far my opinion of them is not great. I have phoned several times and the phone line is not manned and have emailed on countless occasions, and just keep getting asked what department i want to speak to, i just want to be able to speak to a human.

I was a bit hesitant at first to change my car registration but Boy I'm glad I did, what a great service I received from this company, after all my details were collated, it was a quick and efficient effort by this company to get my plates to me, Well Done and thank you. I would also like to say thank you to Ruth who answered all my silly niggles and questions, all done with pleasure and politeness I might add! Thanks All!

The service was excellent. The staff friendly, very helpful and courteous. From sending the V5 last night the registrations were changed before 9 am this morning, A big thank you for providing an efficient friendly service.

I Have to Say The Same As Last Time: F4ST EFF1C1ENT SERV1CE Although there were a ton of hidden fees, BritishCarRegistrations.co.uk dealt with my new registration with lightning speed. All done within four working days...including me fixing my new plates on my car....Fast and Efficient just as last time, so it wasn't a fluke! Overall rapid and efficient (experienced) services that do what they promise as fast as possible with no quibbles.

I called BCR this morning to arrange for change of number plates. This afternoon I received email stating completed. This service was vey quick and friendly staff, I would definitely recommend BCR.

I cannot speak highly enough of the level of customer service I received from Amy at British Car Registrations. She was incredibly helpful, courteous and professional throughout the process. Good customer service is scarce, but Amy at BCR was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

My first contact enquiry was with Amy, very nice and friendly. Listened to my request and what I was after was a personalised plate for my wife's car. A surprise for Christmas. Explained what I needed to do so I decided there and then I wanted to proceed. As it was close to Christmas explained that the plates I required(several options) would be made up and posted direct to our address but with my name on it. Also as it was so close to Santa's big day the paperwork reqd would be processed in my wife's name but delivered after the 4th January 2022. It all came to gether plates arrived and wrapped up ready. And sure as eggs are eggs had a call on the 4th Jan advising paperwork done and I'll have them in a couple of days. I'm well impressed with all the staff at British Car Registrations at the professionalism and of course to Amy for her banter in our conversation If I could give a higher rating I would but since 5 stars is the tops that's what I've given
