To start very good to get a number at reasonable price. After service not so good. on the basis that I requested NO phone calls as it was a surprise for my husband. and twice they phoned me making it awkward to answer the phone . got forbid that my husband picked up the phone. The staff must communicate with each other or put in big writing customers special request. Apart from this I am pleased
Ordered and delivered well within the seven days. V5 even arrived within 7 days. I rang with questions a few times, this being my first time of getting a personal number plate and there was no hassle getting the answers, even if my questions were basic, like does the tax transfer If I want another I'll be back
