Everything went smoothly, no holdups, no problems, the whole process was entirely satisfactory. Of course, giving a better price for the item would have been welcome, while it did seem a little low for a perfectly preserved item, less than a year old, which had cost £500 to buy.

From day 1 to final pay was 1 week in my bank account, awesome!

I was quoted £60 for my phone if it was in working condition, which it was when I sent it. I then only received a £20 offer. I was going to get my phone returned however it would cost £10 to return it which is higher then the £6.50 it would cost to send the phone via special delivery through royal mail. Although there was quick service, I would rather have slower service and receive the money I deserve for a working phone.
