When I wanted to sell my old phone, I did as most people do and scoured the Internet for the best price. Bozowi offered more than all the others and promised instant payment into my bank. So I contacted them on Friday and got confirmation of their quote and they would send the Freepost bag straight away. The bag arrived Monday morning, I sent the phone off on Monday afternoon, (all with free insurance), and thought I'd be in for a long wait. On Tuesday I got an email saying my phone had arrived and they would test it. On Wednesday I got another email saying that my money was in my account. And it was! The full amount. Just as they said. Nothing more to say.

The process was easy, fast and virtually faultless. I offered a brand new and boxed smartphone and received a reasonable offer price, so I accepted. The postal pack arrived the following day and I sent the phone off that day. The following day an E-mail confirmed that my phone had arrived and was being assessed. Before the end of the day I was informed that it had been accepted at the offer price and payment arranged into my bank account. The payment arrived in my bank account that evening. A matter of a little over two days from start to finish. Brilliant! My only very slight "criticism" is that the posting bag in the supplied postal pack isn't big enough to accept a phone in it's original box. Brand new phones are required to be in their original box/packaging.
