Company appears to be out of business. Website is down, so devices won't work. Phone is out of service. Support chat is "Oops404". No answer to emails. Left customers out in the cold.
I have been trying to contact Bosma customer service for a while now, but there has been no response. Their phone number no longer works, and their website is completely down. Given these issues, it's safe to assume that the company has shut down. If you're considering buying their products, I’d strongly advise against it since there’s no support available anymore. Very disappointing.
I got one and after +/- one year a problem with water in the lens, I received a new one under waranty and yesterday it stopped working, reason,, water at the bottom, so they seems NOT to be waterproof!!!
The X1 cameras are incredibly frustrating to connect! My frustration level has been at its peak trying to pair the camera to WiFi—one hour, two hours, and even the next day, the same struggle. When it finally connects, it works amazingly well, but having to set it up again when moving to a new apartment was another nightmare. I know it's 2.4GHz network only, but even with that knowledge, it’s still a painful experience. Just exhausting!
We reached out for helping replacing our broken keypad. Chat couldn't help. Emailed support on 9/17 as instructed by chat. No reply.
I ordered 2 fingerprint keypads and only received 1. Your # is disconnected and my e-mails to customer service have gone unanswered.

Very fast service and great communication on order and shipping progress.
It took multiple attempts to get a response. I own 10 Bosma products and am very happy with them but the customer service response time is to slow I returned a product after I couldn’t get it to connect
There was zero response to my request for help via chat or email. Finally found the product I needed on the website and ordered but it took almost two weeks for it to arrive.
Ordering was easy, Questions and concerns were handled professionally. Shipping was timely. Products were as described.
Good quality products and user friendly.
My door locks have not met expectations. Neither have the cameras. The only help I can get is messages that have not been very helpful.
You do not acknowledge phone calls, email, or your support email. All my questions were ignored! I ordered and installed a new gateway, which cured my wi-fi problems. Your company was zero help. Your support rates below zero. Too bad, your customers deserve better.
Good quality, but i wish the cameras last longer then two years
X1 cameras will not stay online (older X1, sitting within 5' is dependable). The 2.4 restriction must be a factor. Anyway, I have 10 bosma products (2 Xpros, 5 X1s, a doorbell cam and aegis deadbolt). Only 5 work (that is only 5 of current 10 will stay online - 3 will not reload or reset no matter how much time and effort given (4 useless X1s, and 1 dead Xpro). X1s are cheap, but so undependable it's a waste of my money. As an early Bosma adapter- really disappointing. I have had 2 replaced by bosma but still only have 4 of 12 operational...
Purchases arrived in a timely way. Door lock and keypad were fairly easy to set up and get running.
Shipping was expensive and slow. Products are niy as responsive as other name brands.
I would like to return the order. How can I do this. Moving to my daughters place. Cannot use the camera
Camera doesn't connect and are malfunctioning right out of the box.
