Regarding their Aegis product: In the two years I had it, it failed 3 times. The final time it failed it was out of warranty, but thankfully my credit card's extended warranty coverage reimbursed me for the cost. The keypad/fingerprint reader did not work more than 50% of the time. Furthermore, if you need tech support, it is nearly impossible to reach someone live, and there is not even a voice mail box.

The product I purchased was fine and minimal issues to install. The problem is the ticket that has been open 7636 for almost 8 months is still unresolved.

Received all necessary replacement wires however the shipping costs were astronomical for the size of the package. The shipping cost was more costly then the replacement part itself

They are selling products that are still under development, do not work as advertised, and have no printed instructions except for their app. There are no instructions on how to use their app either.

the lock on the front door unlocks and locks by itself. In the living room watching tv and the front door unlocks. the auto lock was disabled since installation. this happens a few times in a week. just yesterday, lock won't connect to open, had to manually open the lock. connection on the app says error on it. i'll have to reset this lock, now.

No action has been taken to replace my defective door sensors or refund my money. This is extremely disappointing given that I have been a repeat customer and had planned to continue to be so. Yet, I've never been given a return authorization despite repeated and lengthy email contacts. I tried to connect as instructed but was unsuccessful. I suggested comping me with the pet camera that I unsuccessfully tried to order. Nothing.

Door and window sensors do not work with Sentry doorbell camera. I purchased and found out several days later, when Bosma finally responded to my questions regarding compatibility. In the absense of information on the web site, I made purchase thinking Bosma is compatible with Bosma - maybe not so after all.

One of the 4 cameras I purchased was defective. The company was very helpful in identifying the problem and sending a replacement. They were always prompt and always immediately responded when I called.
