I have asked now 4 times on how toreurn my Bosma. The instructions are totally in Spanish, which I do nto speak and it appears I need to attach the camera to my door bell which I do not have. I have gotten not replies. We were thinking of having Bosma security throughout our home, but now....not
Great camera, which actually works. Have another brand, and all it does is flash with no internet connection. I now have three Bosma cameras, and am completely satisfied. They have great customer service if you need to contact them.

I haven't received it yet. I had to have it shipped to a friend in California because you no longer ship to Canada which is a pretty stupid move, tbh. I've never heard of a company saying they only ship within the US. Are you afraid of the FBI shutting you down because of password or video file encryption? Is there hemp or marijuana inside the camera? So lame.

The reason we returned the product was the hub and keypad had trouble staying connected even when other appliances did. If they somehow combined the hub with the lock the connection would be 100Xs better. kinda like the August pro only cheaper.

Lock would not take firmware update and Bosma would not replace!!!!!
I've had 2 minor issues with my Bosma products; one was resolved with a simple, fast and very efficient phone call and the second, an incorrect part (accessory), was resolved "immediately" via the Bosma feedback menu on the app.. Very impressive (and rare) service !!
The worse customer service ever... I never got my cam. They sent it to a wrong address and never refund me. Shame on this company
I purchased a Bosma doorbell w/ all of it's wonderful features and then I most recently purchased the Bosma EX-Pro outdoor camera and I must say that both have performed as advertised to say the least...I am exceedingly happy with the Bosma products...the app works very well and pretty simple to use and install...would recommend them to all...better by far than a Ring.
Love this camera. Every bit as good as other brands, and includes more features. And the best part is being able to review recorded video (for several hours) without having to pay a monthly fee.
Great products. Love the aegis lock. Put on both front and back door. Had some small bugs ihere and there but looks like they have been fixed. But that would be expected on any new product. They stay on top of any issues you might report and always supply updates when problems are found. They always respond promptly when you contact the through email.
I've installed 4 of the EX Pro cameras. I've had them installed now for a few months with no issues. The main reason I picked the Bosma EX Pro is the ability to pan and tilt. They are working out great and picture quality is more than I need. To see the live feed quicker I changed resolution down, it is still a good quality. The HD quality is too much for my wireless network to bring up quickly. By the time the live feed loads, the motion sensing is over. I could be waiting 20-30 seconds. That is my issue, but it is a nice option to have, some cameras do not allow that. My only install issue is the part where you have to hold the barcode up to the camera to pair it. 2 out of the 4 cameras I had to take off the mounts to get it to read, it was very frustrating. It might be nice to have the barcode on a piece of paper inside the box. Or even the ability to type in a serial#. Customer Service is excellent. I was able to talk to someone right away. I also damaged the power cord and got a replacement without a hassle.

I bought 2 cameras. XP Pro. The only thing that is really good is the design. There are continuous failures with the software and Wi-Fi, and 1 camera also had its motor break down. Repeatedly I have been in contact with customer service. Always the same answers: a. What is going on? b. Can you make a video of the problem? I'm all over it. Want to return the products and suddenly they don't respond back. Very poor service and a product that does not work properly.
