We believe in making special occasions that little bit more special. Our journey started with the personalised Marshmallow, aka The Edible Selfie which launched in December 2014. Since then we have launched an exploding card range! The original exploding card, the Boomf Bomb, bursts free from the envelope in a confetti shower and leaves you with a personalised photo cube. Other products include the oh-so-cute Wild Card Collection, the flying Flutter Card and mouth watering Personalised Chocolate. We aim to spread smiles and put the joy back into sending a card. Send more than a card.

I ordered items and put the wrong address in. I emailed boomf and had a super speedy reply. They were so kind and rectified my error immediately. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service if I tried. I’ve used Boomf in the past and can honestly say I’ll continue using them from now on. Highly recommended!

Great customer service. Selected the incorrect address and as soon as I realised I contacted and they resolved the issue immediately! And assured me they will keep an eye on the order! Cannot fault them at all!

I've used Boomf on quite a few occasions the past, and the gifts have always surprised and delighted. Today I placed an order but made a couple of mistakes in the wording after the order was placed. I contacted Boomf at once and they amended my order with the wording I should have made. Fantastic service, and beautiful, unique gifts. Highly recommended!

Great products, great customer service. While you can't fault them for the royal mail's service, Boomf themselves have been super efficient with their service, and great quality products. I went for some of their marshmallow treats which you can customise as an excellent gift or corporate show off. Clearly they're perfectionists in what they make, and have a great corner of the market perfected. Thanks folks!

Boomf products are consistently of the same high standard, which whilst not the motivation for my review is worth noting, so hats off to the individuals who create their products :)! My feedback relates to the genuinely superlative customer service I am experienced recently whereby Lucy reached out via email to notify me there was some confusion in my order, and inviting me to clarify what I ordered so that my order could be dispatched and delivered on time. What I think is excellent is that A- Lucy picked up on the anomaly so quickly B- Communicated the issue to me promptly and with a clear focus on both getting the right product created and delivered in a timely manner C) Went above and beyond by even assuring me if there was any delay she would personally ensure it was overcome and the product reached me on time! Given that the product was a birthday card for my wife, this was important to me and frankly Lucy’s attentiveness and professionalism more than made up for me ordering the card a little late, haha! Overall a really excellent impression has been generated here, Boomf are lucky to have Lucy in their team, and I will gladly continue to send custom Boomf’s way!

I found the website a bit confusing when placing the order and didn’t get a chance to put the correct delivery address in but as soon as I chatted to Will, he amended it there and then. Really impressed with the after sales service, thanks Will 😊

In a world where customer service seems to be becoming depressingly on the decline - I have been wowed and impressed just as I would be opening a boomf card! I absolutely love dealing with this company every time I am in touch, they cannot be more helpful. I am terrible online and really struggle but I get the best help available to purchase the most beautiful gifts I've never had a late order and the products are always a fantastic standard. I must give the marshmallows a try next they look divine. I highly recommend the cards and gifts Thank you for a lovely customer-based company.!

I order personalised gifts for my maid of honour and mother of the bride for my wedding. The contents of the boxes were the same but the cards were different. I did have to delete one from the checkout and re do this as I wanted to change it but this didn't work as I received two with the same card! What a crappy website! There is no option to preview your order at checkout so I had no idea that it had not worked correctly! When I contacted them they basically said they cant do anything and they cant just sent me a replacement card as it has to be ordered with the gift (sounds like rubbish to me) so they gave me a coupon for their standard cards but they aren't the same those that come with the gift so its still disappointment and very frustrating.
