Hi... I ordered my card 5 days ago and still haven't received it. I have also emailed via your 'contact' tab ( a day and a half ago) and haven't heard anything.
Order not received despite being ordered in good time for my partners birthday. Have contacted customer service regarding this non delivery issue and still haven’t received a response 3 days later. Extremely disappointing.
