I am very disappointed with your chosen courier to provide your promise of next day delivery. It has been couple of times, first one I ordered last 28/10/24 which was meant to be a next day delivery but did not arrived until 2 days later and had only been re-delivered again because of the complaint I raised directly to your courier and now, second one, I ordered yesterday 06/11/24 which was a next day delivery and should be delivered today, again same thing, delayed again. In the first delivery, prior to their out for delivery stage in their tracker, I have provided vital information to your courier that I live in a newly built house and it can be a struggle to find and I provided a direct instruction how to locate us, let alone my contact number, which initiatively used to contact me so I can assist further with the delivery driver. Yet pure laziness was offered and immediately resort to delayed delivery. There is one particular lady from your courier that can always locate our address without struggle. She was amazing but all the time it’s always lazy drivers who could not be bothered to contact for further assistance not minding customers who pay premium amount for special services. Can I just get a refund from our payment of next day delivery? Clearly, the service provided is just standard 1-2 days.

Bondara has a full range of products, including particular products that can't really be found amongst the other retailers, like stainless steel ball stretchers for example. This time around I bought a penis pump, and some additional replacement sleeves. The pump had the best sleeve I've ever used, so I don't think I will even need another. The pump itself is very sturdy and a good size. I was able to even use a promotion at the time, which I am very grateful for, because then I was able to afford exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much Bondara!
