The product is great and comfy, looks great and speedy delivery. but it does jolt down a little when putting all weight in one leg to get the other.

I have ordered with Bondara quite a few times over the years and in general the products are ok but this is the second time I have had a product turn up that has been manufactured in a way that in the process the strap is the wrong way around and as finished is crossed over. Now, you would think I would complain and ask for them to send a new one, something most companies would do, apologise for the inconvenience and say they will send you a new one but I didn`t bother and the reason for this as after it happened last time and I contacted them it went back and forwards with endless messages where you got the impression that they were not that bothered and were reluctant to do anything, i had to send them endless pictures of the product, then they said i need to post it back to them, with a printed receipt, order confirmation and once they have inspected they will contact me! What a load of crap! So, anyway, that was water under the bridge and i have since ordered more products and low and behold it happened again! Basically they are not checking their own products that they order in and they are just sending them straight out, its very poor customer service and i would now advise to shop elsewhere.

Purchased three toys. Toys One toy wont turn off unless the batteries are removed. One is exceedingly loud and has no option for just vibrate rather than pulsing vibrations. Final toy feels cheap with controls that are nothing like as good as the lovehoney equivalent. Very disappointed. Will not be buying from here again. Not worth the money even in the sale.
