Great service all round. Dealt with my request with an hour and had two companies call me that afternoon. Used GasSafe Scotland who were absolutely brilliant. Great response and price. Job completed in 1 day after visiting beforehand. Gerry who installed was extremely knowledgeable and helpful sorting out my needs brilliantly. Highly recommend this company who I would never had know about without Boilerguide.

I used Plumbjax for installation of new boiler and removal of old one plus huge water tank. Both extremely friendly and helpful, had the job done in one day. Tidied up afterwards, no complaints!

Completed -all the questionnaire, got the “high promise” emails and call from them - then they drew a complete blank. I cannot give it no stars but I would if I could, Why promise so high when you cannot elicit a single response from your alleged excellent contacts, in what was after all a very straightforward enquiry.

Really useful to find suppliers and compare quotes. Had several suppliers contact me within a couple of days to organise surveys and provide quotes.

Don't touch them. We gave a large deposit to one of the recommended traders. 2 months later we have no boiler, no refund, and no reply to our complaint to Boiler guide. Avoid GDplumbing in Scotland.

Alex responded really quickly, gave a very fair quote and had our new boiler installed took away the old boiler fast installation. Very professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble returned my phone call and visited again to clarify a query. Would highly recommend!

I got six quotes in the end, the three from Boiler guide were the most competitive and all three were at the top of my shortlist.

Boiler Guide has a very useful website which contained a great deal of information relevant to the decisions we were having to make regarding the replacement of our gas boiler. They put us in touch with three companies able to give us quotes for a suitable replacement, one of which we have already accepted and are proceeding to installation within the fortnight.

My insurance company sent an engineer who did not know, after several visits, what was wrong. On the last visit he declared my boiler unsafe and issuded a Danger notice. This was at the weekend so no hot water at all and am disabled OAP. I contacted Intergas on the Monday, they arranged for their engineer, Vince, to come on the Wednesday morning with the parts and he repaired my boiler within the hour. I am so impressed not only with the fact that he knew immediately what was wrong but the speed with which the company dealt with it.
