Very good service I had phone calls from 3 companies straightaway follwed by 3 quotations. I am now having new boiler fitted tomorow 17th October

Gary was friendly and honest from the start and gave a very good price for the installation of a new combi boiler to replace regular system. Ryan was the engineer who installed the boiler and the great service continued. Ryan ran through installation options with me at different stages so I was happy with what was being done. The end result was a neat finish and very little tidying up for me. I’d highly recommend Gary’s team for any heating and plumbing works.

Contacted Boiler Guide on line. Received immediate response from them. Three gas companies contacted me within a few hours and gave me an idea of the cost subject to survey. They were all helpful. Discussed requirements over the phone and made appointments for them to survey. Chose our preference and are very happy with the company.

I would recommend Koziwarm Plumbing & Heating to anyone thinking of changing their boiler. The engineer that came was helpful and friendly and cleaned up any mess that was made, and being on my own even put back my microwave on the wall.

Obviously was not in a good mood as as it was getting colder and tried to test central heating and wasn't working. Decided to upgrade central heating to a modern system with new better boiler. Contacted Boilerguide via on-line enquiry, prompt follow up call received, few questions answered and received names of 3 installers who wanted to do the work and all proved to be reliable and came and quoted for work. We've chosen 1 of the 3 and work will commence imminently

I received three potential companies to fit a new boiler. I was contacted by TM Heating straight away who I decided to come to my house and give a quote. The other two companies one phoned and I had a chat and the third one just left an answerphone message and expected me to call him back. I have now settled on TM Heating fitting my boiler. I have found the whole process very quick and efficient.
