Boiler Guide made the connection from me with Synergi SW Ltd who installed the new oil fired boiler. Synergi provided a very efficient operation from the initial assessment through to completion of the Installation and commissioning. The delivery team were excellent, providing a rapid install and clear guidance on the operation of the new boiler and thermostat controls. We are already considering a service plan with Synergi as an indication of our confidence in their operation.

This company carried out a thorough check of my heating system and recommended the purchase of a Worcester-Bosch RI 15 kW conventional boiler. Though I did not eventually accept their quote, it was a very reasonable one and their engineer's advice was much appreciated (the winning, independent, quote, which was for the same product, was only sightly lower)

Needed a new boiler and Bolier Guide supplied me with 3 local gas engineers capable of carrying out the work. Each one I contacted and received quotes from were efficient and friendly and provided quotes in a timely manner. I chose one of the quotes and the work has now been carried out , and I am a very satisfied customer.

Women who phoned was helpful and pleasant but she said we would have 3 quotes and we have only had 2. We wanted to make a decision after 3 quotes. Otherwise it was a efficient and easy. 3rd firm phoned and apologised for keeping us waiting, so boiler guide did what they promised. Very good.

Jason in the office was very helpful on helping us choose the right type of boiler for our house. Engineer Carl turned up on time, did a great job on the install with very little disruption to the house. Price was very good and service was great. Would recommend this company.

We used Boiler Guide to find a boiler company. We had Darren from Gasport, he was very helpful, did a great job. Would definitely recommend using Boiler Guide as we are new to the area and didn’t know anyone. Darren answered lots of questions and was very polite and professional throughout. True to their word I’d received three emails from three different local companies within the hour (on a Sunday late afternoon! ) one company even followed up with a phone call. I made arrangements with two of them visiting the next day and the third the day after. Each one of these companies emailed me quotes within a couple of hours of the visit.
