I contacted Black Owl in order to create a website for my media and photography business (banson.media). Tim, who worked on the project, was extremely professional and personable. His efforts and efficiency were superb and also extremely patient when I was trying to work through what I wanted. Black Owl are also managing my website and I feel incredibly supported in areas I just don’t have much of a clue about. Fully recommend them to anyone wanting to create or even update their websites.

Great service. Although the job wasn't big or important, had been hanging around for some time while I was looking for a good company that I felt I could trust, and that's a big point in my book. They did just what I asked, no frills, no hard sell, just a very good honest service at a reasonable price. More than satisfied, and would certainly pass their name on.

Just what a couple of older users needed! We had a desktop computer from a few years back and were running into problems with lack of computing space despite shifting everything we could into the D drive. Tim Neville came and cleaned up the disk space but said it was just a matter of time before it happened again. As we had already been thinking of getting a new computer, it was lovely to be able to ask Tim to select one for our needs and then come and set it up for us, transferring all our stuff over. The new set up is perfect for our needs and now futureproofed.

Black Owl are always supportive and quick to respond to any issues we have. They are always available to help, be that at the end phone or via email and their work as always be of a high standard.

I am not knowledgeable about technology (I have only just worked out the difference between Office and Windows!). When I first got in touch about buying a laptop Tim explained everything in very simple terms so I could understand the options and buy what I needed. He was very helpful and never patronising as people can often be when dealing with someone as clueless as I am! There is always one customer who everything goes wrong for and last year it was me! I had lots of issues with the first laptop (inexplicably died after being perfectly fine for 3 months) and Tim was fantastic in helping me get everything sorted. It is easy for a company to get it right when everything goes smoothly. The real test is how they respond when there are problems and Black Owl were great. Tim went above and beyond to get everything resolved. He came to my house to collect the machine the day I reported the problem and worked well past office hours making sure it was sorted as soon as possible despite it being the last minute before everything shut down for Christmas. He had a new laptop delivered from the supplier and ready in a week with all my data and settings copied over. I cannot recommend them more highly and would not go anywhere else if I need another laptop in the future. Thank you :)

Just to say, following on from my review that I asked Black Owl to sort out my domains, emails addresses, hosted and all technical things I haven’t a clue about. Tim and Kyle have worked wonders for me, new, fresh and contemporary website, with all my bookings built in, which shows my availability/booking online. I couldn’t rate them highly enough, they need 10 stars, not 5!
