Product: I am not an expert on this but the product looked like genuine Dell. It looked exactly like the battery which I removed from my laptop. I installed it myself using the toolkit and worked as expected. My laptop battery last like it did when it was brand new. Packaging: Product was packaged correctly with foam padding and bubble wrap to ensure the battery wouldn't get damaged. Delivery: Ordered in the evening, was dispatched the next morning. I received it the following morning. Communication: Didn't need to contact the company as I didn't have any issues. Summary: I would order from this company again.

If I'm honest I found this website by luck whilst looking through the suggested entries on Google, but I am so happy I chose to buy from them. The website is easy to navigate, the search results are accurate - which they really aren't on some other rivals - and the delivery is prompt (free next day). Excellent retail experience. My local (very good) computer store was unable to locate a genuine Dell replacement battery; not only did Black Cat so so but, at a better price than the third party battery offered to me by my local store. It arrived the next day and was swapped out with ease.
