I found the part I needed for my laptop on Dell's website, the price was okay, but the expected delivery date was more than two weeks away! I needed the part urgently to repair my laptop so went looking for alternatives. I found the same part on Black Cat PC's website, in stock, at the same price as Dell, but theirs included free next-day delivery - a bonus! Placed my order and received it the next day. Perfect!

I have a seven year old Dell laptop which still works great but needed a replacement battery. Dell has stopped selling the battery I needed directly but I found the part I needed was in stock at Black Cat PC. I ordered from their eBay store partly on the strength of their reviews across the Internet but also because of them being a Dell Authorised Partner. The part was dispatched promptly and arrived a couple of days later well packaged in a plastic bag sealed inside a strong cardboard box with plenty of packaging. The battery is pristine and exactly as advertised. I fitted the part and my machine is now working just as well as when it was new. My experience buying through Black Cat PC has been fantastic and should I need any more Dell parts I’ll certainly give them more of my business. Highly recommended. Thanks for a first rate service.
