I've alway been hesitant buying computer parts from a 3rd party but my word, BlackCat PC are just amazing! The flood of amazing reviews here put me at ease and a quick call to them to enquire about the part I needed and to confirm that it is a genuine Dell battery was great! The gentleman on the phone was so kind and helped me out. I received my battery the next day and is now working good as new! I used to not be able to use my laptop unless it was plugged in constantly but now I can use it for 4-5 hours without it being charged. Turned up the next day. Fitted the battery, worked first time. 25% charge from the get go and then charged fully so that laptop could be turned on properly. Worked fine! Recommend, as Dell can't be arsed to stock the items.
