Easy to find the part we needed. Loved that it is a genuine Dell part, as it was the DC port that we needed and wanted to be sure it wasn't dodgy! Part arrived well protected in a double padded bag, next day delivery. Laptop power cable now stays in the port instead of dropping out all the time and is charging properly! Would definitely use again if necessary.
