I have purchased replacement batteries for Dell laptops a couple of times from Black Cat PC and the experience is always excellent. The battery arrived very quickly and the checkout process is very easy. You actually can't get brand new dell batteries directly from Dell (they only provide refurbished batteries) so I'm very happy that Black Cat PC is able to provide them. Before placing the order I was given the information needed for the replacement of my XPS battery. Very helpful! The new battery arrived the following day, after fitting I was able to boot my laptop from battery ... something which was not possible with the old battery.
