Do yourselves a favour and buy original Dell kit from these guys and avoid the cheap rubbish on Fleabay and Scamazon. Buy cheap, buy twice. Buy right, buy once.

Ordered a new battery from the company for a dell laptop. The site was easy to navigate right from selecting the battery to payment. Apple Pay being available was great and the battery was delivered by DPD extremely quickly which was impressive. Have fitted it and the laptop now up and working again. Very pleased with how the company expedited everything and glad I used them. Would recommend and definitely will use again (not too soon though I hope!!)

Great service. I had bought a laptop battery from another provider which failed within the warranty period. They sent a replacement, but it failed straight away. Transpires it was not a genuine part so I didn't want to use them again. Did plenty of research and decided to go with Black Cat. even though it wasn't the cheapest out there, they gave me confidence that what I was paying for would be what I would get. I wasn't wrong. They sent the genuine part quickly, well packaged and it worked straight away. Clearly a genuine Alienware product and I'm really pleased with it.

I purchase a replacement battery for my laptop from a reputable online supplier but found it to be faulty. I decided to stick with an OEM battery from Black Cat, it arrived very fast and works great. Well worth sticking to the original manufacturer.
