Delivery was fast as promised. The instructions were ok to follow, once i filled the tank with water and cleaning fluids and then put the tank back in the compartment it started leaving a puddle on the floor, it was leaking, i didn’t even get to turn it on. Managed to get it picked up and returned next day after speaking with customer service. Where this fails is that i have now had no communications if it was returned safely, when will i receive the replacement, the communication not so great.
Once decided this was the machine we wanted. We ordered it and it arrived as promised next day. It does what it says and very good at it as well 🙂

Amazing results ordered direct, fast delivery. Very easy to assemble use and clean. Superior results fast drying. Although initial cost seems expensive cheaper in the long run compared to calling out someone to clean definitely cost saving as always to hand to use.

I ordered a filter for a vacuum cleaner, it says filter in the invoice and a brush in the box!!!! How do I use it instead of a filter. It's a terrible job.
