The only reason I’ve given 3 stars is because I haven’t used it yet. Also I bought it from BISSELL and got a £100 pound off. I’m pretty sure it said it came with a solution which I didn’t receive. Does look a nice machine though.
I compared different spotwashers and opted for bissell spotclean Pro. This is the best machine I have ever purchased. Sofa immaculate. Most definitely 5 plus stars.
Great offer! Bissell Spot Cleaner has been on my wish list for a while and as soon as I saw the offer with three large bonus solutions on top I was sold. The item is top class but delivery not so good as we are over 80 and wished it delivered to our home. Very heavy for us to collect. DPD do this often. Not good.

The delivery was swift and the offer was great.
The product was not delivered. Dpd states the product has been sent back to Bissell. They tried to deliver to address twice and instead of sending it to location near by for pick up, they sent it back to the company. Dpd asks us to get in touch with Bissell while Bissell asks to get in touch with Dpd. No idea how to proceed. would have been easier to buy on amazon instead!
