I ordered two products and only received one on the delivery. I had to communicate with Bissell to get the second product delivered. There was a delay and confused communication when being delivered by DPD.
I would have given you 5 stars, but the instruction booklet was so dreadful and incompressible, I had to go online and find a video that would instruct me how to put together. What happened to when things actually arrived assembled rather than bits in a box

Easy to purchase on the website, with quick delivery. The DC100 has been great to use, and it has brought the colour back to the carpet tiles in one of our offices. Having a rotating brush on the carpet cleaner gives much better results than just one that squirts out the clean water and vacuums it back up. I'm looking forward to using elsewhere in the building.

Really fast delivery. Super easy to set up and use. Pretty Rubbish on traditional floor boards but great on flat floors like laminate or tile.
I ordered 3 bottles of carpet solution on the offer, only 1 bottled arrived so I had to email & ring up to get it sorted how on earth they got it wrong I don’t know but the lady on the phone couldn’t apologise enough &’got the other 2 sent out the next day
