I purchased a crosswave cordless which wasn’t cheap! The water tank started leaking after 2 months, customer service sent another out Then 6months later it just stopped working was sent for repair and returned but still didn’t work. I sent it back again which I then get an invoice for £70 2 parts were out in £5 each 1 I didn’t need and £50 shipping! It’s a joke I called customer they are actually quite rude and dismissive she was like this is the last time we will pay for it! I said exuse the last time!! I said this is the last time I will calling you of it breaks again it will be going in the bin I will stick with Dyson!

I still haven't received my parcel. DPD delivered to the wrong address. I notified DPD within 5 minutes of their wrong delivery. 72 hours later, still no parcel and Bissell inform me I have to wait until DPD investigate the wrong delivery - so no hoover and over £250 gone from my card and no idea how long it might take for DPD to look at their GPS tracking and admit to Bissell they gave my parcel to someone else (despite them admitting that to me 5 minutes after the delivery)
Great machine, well made and does the job well.
Wonderful little machine. I’m so impressed with the cleaning ability it has. I thought my rug was too dirty to save and would need to buy a new one. It surpassed my expectations! I can’t wait to use it in my stairs. Thank you
Overall disappointed. After reading reviews I expected more. Stains are removed only partially, spray is not great, hose seems to be leaking and dripping.
