The web site was easy to navigate & use, had plenty of products to choose from... We we're looking for the Spot Cleaner, found the one that we were looking for paid for it late evening by the next day it was delivered! Couldn't wait to use it which was on the Wife's car on the seats... Wow what a result for the 1st go, we have used many valeting products (which are not cheap) to no avail in getting the stains out.. but for the Bissell no probs at all!! It was also easy to use. We also had the Bissell cleaning fluids. Then had a go at a coffee stain at my Son's house on his bedroom carpet... Again brilliant... There are lots of brands to choose from but we're really pleased to have chosen this one the Bissell!!!

I do not have any problems with your products, indeed I recently purchased a Bissell Spot Cleaner which has already proved to be an excellent purchase. I do however have an issue with your choice of carrier, namely DPD. I ordered Cleaning Formula directly from Bissell and DPD have failed to deliver. Their drivers regularly tell lies and their system does not allow customers complaint to be heard by their clients, in other words they become self-policing. I urge the senior management team at Bissell to pay particular attention to the performance of DPD as it will inevitably have an adverse effect on your business.

Site was okay, but I can't comment on product as I'm still waiting for it. Not quite a week, but if I had paid for a quick delivery I could have got it next day, so it's not that they haven't got any.
