DPD was an excellent next day service. The item was left in the local sub post office which was convenient. Bissell's after sales service was supportive as I had a query about dismantling one of the parts and they got back to me immediately.

Great! Steam function ,easy to removed stains
Absolutely rubbish experience buying direct. While the product was dispatched next day, they chose a courier service that did not ring doorbell or phone despite me waiting in all day. No option to reschedule, only drop off at a collection point 20 minutes walk away. I declined to collect. Why would a company think this outcome would EVER be a good customer experience.

Tricky one to score. Delivery was impressive, purchase page stated next working day delivery. As the product was ordered on a Saturday (and the page stated closed on Saturday and Sundays) I assumed delivery would not be until Tuesday. However, it arrived Sunday. That's the good news. What I'm not so happy about is the operating instructions being pictograms. I'm sure these are quite understandable to the department drawing them, but for senior citizens like me are too easily misunderstood. Too much lateral thinking required. I like words.

Bought a vacuum. It stopped working after a year, they fixed it and then the suction stopped working. Really unreliable products, do not buy and just go for a reliable brand like Shark or Dyson

Really wanted a vaccumm mop for a longtime,so I done lots of research and decided to go with the HF2 crosswave, and got a good black friday deals. I didn't know what to expect and was having doubts if I should have gone for one of the more expensive models, but after my first use I was really pleased with the results. I have white porcelain tiled flooring and the HF2 crosswave did a brilliant job on cleaning them, it left my floor clean and shiny. "Goodbye steam cleaning mop and good riddance". If anyone is thinking about purchasing a crosswave you won't be disappointed.
