Excellent service, ordered on BFW Sunday, delivered Tuesday morning. One criticism product instructions all in pictures, what has happened to abc instructions. Have yet to use the cleaner.
Great service with Bissell. Ordered on Saturday on a Black Friday deal and delivered by Tuesday morning. Product looks great and love that we got all the cleaning liquids for a year as part of a bundle. Used the machine for the first time last night and extremely impressed on how well it's cleaned the carpets, they look like new. The dirt it pulled was a bit scary, but will now do a regularly monthly run to keep them super clean.

I found Bissell website easy to use. I ordered a carpet cleaner that is used for a house with pets. It was £10 cheaper than elsewhere. Very happy with the cleaner.

Phoned regarding a small problem with water tank on my carpet washer. The agent to whom I spoke new exactly what I was talking about and arranged a replacement tank to be sent no charge. Very straight forward, no hassle. What a pity all companies don't have customer service this good.
