Betwinner is a scam. Account no 719350443. On Thursday I made a bet lost 11k and won 31k in that 31k win my bet was 20? . I made a withdrawal of the 31k and it was showing cancelled then I insisted and it showed approved and that the money was already sent to my account. I checked the next day and say that nothing was in my account. I took screenshots of the bet and transaction slip . Emailed them and the responded with “ the money has already been sent to my account “. Which wasn’t. I went to check my payment slip and they had deleted just that particular transaction I complained of . I have the before and after screenshots of the payment slip. Even sent them my mobile money details since that day till date and the still insisting that their system shows the sent me the money. I tried cashing out a thousand francs and it came out but I don’t understand where the sent my money and why they had to send me a message saying they have sent it which is obviously a lie . Hello Betwinner, I have been into sports betting for at least 12 years and i used different bookmakers and honeslty never faced any kind of problem. Until i decided to give a try to Betwinner because it seemed to me interesting. I created my account normally and wanted to make a deposit. I opened the deposit window and saw the methods available and there was this certified guy that Betwinner directs you to his Whatsapp conversation. I asked this person if he accepts top-up cards he said yes. I went on to get a top-up card with a value of 50 MAD, thankfully i was careful enough to NOT trust him directly with a bigger amount because i wanted to test his credibility first. As soon as he received my top-up card he deleted the messages where he stated that he accepts top-up cards and proceeded to blocking me. Of course i headed to your security department and also finance department to file a complaint, they asked me multiple times about details of what happens : Phone number of the agent, screeshots of the conversation, my bet account's ID ... After repeating the same step at least 3 times, i've been told that the agent would like to give me explanations and if i am okay with it, of course i replied with yes although i don't need explanations to premeditated actions. Now it's already 3 weeks that i've been waiting, to my surprise the agent is still shown in Betwinner's ceritied payment methods and probably still scamming on people. I really don't care about the small amount i lost, but it's more than that, it's about credibility and safety, it doesn't seem right to me that Betwinner's agents scam Betwinner's clients !
