They have my 912 euro, and now I can't withdraw. They ask me to transfer more money and then I can withdraw. I seems like scam!

I tried to deposit money through UPI. It asked me to send the money before creating a deposit request. After sending money when I try to create a request, the application just does not accept the request. The same thing happened with a friend of mine who paid 1400 INR twice and today with me and one more of my friend who tried to deposit 500 INR. And they have no customer service it seems as no one replies to mails or calls. Made an Account with betwinner just last week and a pathetic experience. Suggest everyone to use 1xbet or Betway only.

First of all, this page is not a completely scam. Yes, they have a terrible customer service and your patience will get tested. I started deposit 4 times, approx. total of 700 euro. This without any problems and no need of verification. BUT then I needed to make my first withdrawal, what a battle. I was in contact with many "different" customer supporters, each with different requests. I was pretty sure, that I never would see my money again. (read reviews about betwinner after signing up) At end I was stuck, with the requests of me holding my national id close to my face and with a computer open with a mail from betwinner. Yes really weird, they keep saying better quality needed and so on. I was close to give up, but all sudden I got a mail about my account verification was successful. I still don't why, the pictures I send was the same as the ones the denied. But after this it was actually possible to withdrawal, to my bank account. (I used master card) The service time is around 10 minutes, much faster then most betting site. BETWINNER use Ooo Rapida2card as payment. I have had problem with the amount of withdrawal pr day, as they had that for some reason. This is not written down anywhere. So my conclusion, yes they reviews should be bad. But call it a scam is not currently truth. Yes is a armature site, with shut service and strange protocol. So if you are not banned of the big sites with license - you should keep using them. I will suggest make a small deposit and then try withdrawal a amount money too see if that is possible and then you can start the long verification process without too much money. Firstly very pathetic customer support. No one is there to provide satisfactory customer support. Even on emails they have a fixed format to reply. I deposited and win, and met all wagering requirements, but still they keep on replying on emails with the same format security service is entitled to refuse any withdrawal ......... There a lot of reasons which I would try to explain has briefly as possible. 1) Poor Customer Care The customer care agents are fond of being super rude and even go as far as hanging up on you when you're making complains. Zero accountability and transparency. 2) Lack of Social Media Presence. No standard Facebook page, twitter account has been suspended and Instagram page is you guessed it not existent. The only reason the company doesn't care about its social media presence is because they have a very bad reputation and it is just easier for them to run away instead of fixing the bad PR, but what is there to fix they are truly bad. 3) Generic Website and Curacao gaming license The website colors are a direct copy of bet365 and the design is identical to 1xbet (probably the same company). They also have their gaming license from Curacao. Curacao doesn't interfere in disputes so your only option is too go legal if you feel you have been scammed. This site is a total SCAM. Everything seems to be okay but once you try to withdraw money all goes downhill from there. Tried every possible way they told but always there comes another issue!! And now they say I must add more to take put more wich is total BS and a way to steal more money!!

I have deposited around ₹50000 in this site and made around ₹150000. But when I tried to withdraw they asked for documents and to contact customer care. So I cantacted them and provided everything they asked for. Finally after a chain of 30 emails. They sent me an email saying that my account is blocked. They blocked my account for no specific reason. I tried contacting them after that, no reply. If I contact from a new email I get a reply within 5 mins asking for my gaming id. After I provide it. Again no reply. I have contacted their customer care call centre. All they ask me to do is send them an email. How am I supposed to contact them through email if they ignore all my messages. This site is a SCAM. I've been calling them and sending emails for almost a week now. I still haven't gotten a proper reply to why they have blocked my account. I recommend everyone to stay far away from this website
