Bad. I never take bonus but I can't withdrawal my profit and deposit

I am a user since 2023 and all of a sudden on My user id is 539126495 and my i account was restricted on 24th august. I emailed all my documents on 24th august and after this I sent over 5 reminder email They are not replying. The customer says keep on waiting. It was been over 10 days now. This is a fraud app. They even reversed my winnings on 24th August. It is okay for them if you keep loosing but if you win they will restrict your account and then the sector team won't reply. Stay away from this app.

Hello, I would like to share my experience here. I spoke to the security department to verify my account with documents and I sent all the documents but they do not respond to verify the documents. Hello, Betwinner is ridiculous. They stopped my withdrawal for security reasons on 6th of august. On 7th of august un morning i mailed them and they asked for the documents i sent all the necessary documents and they said the security check us under process and the id will be verified within 24 hours. After waiting for 24 hours i didnt recieve any mail so i asked them if they want any more documents or why my id is not verified since then they keep on asking me to wait. They dont need any more documents just waiting for me to loose all the money so they dont have to provide me withdrawal. Guys be safe. The same thing can happen with u once u win they will not let you withdraw in name kf security reasons. N even after sending all the documents they will not verify your id and keep asking you to wait till indefinite time. Till you loose all your money they will not verify your id. This company uses a webmaster to do their advertising and then they don't pay the monthly payment and they come up with excuses to pay this week and the next and the next. and in the end they don't pay, they are scammers! I owed $500 USD

This is a scam, i lost two multiple withdrawals already!
