After sending 30-40 emails by full-filling all the requirements and taking photos as per their requirement that take a selfie with my ID, where face and ID both needs to visible, then take selfie with the emails. I did all of that. after all of that their reply every time was we can't accept the documents ,please send us a selfie with holding Photo Id, when i sent the selfies then they say send us selfie with emails , when i sent the selfies with the email then keep repeating the same thing that send us a selfie with the Id. after spending a whole day sending and taking all the photos, i realise that they are not going to let me withdraw the funds and i can't do nothing about it except to WARN who are about to try their platfrom.

On 12/18/2023, I created an account, deposited $140 and placed some bets on Betwinner. I won just over $20. The next day, the platform no longer allowed me to bet. I contacted chat and was told that they simply don't owe us an explanation and can reject any bets they want. When I then requested my withdrawal on the website, their system said that I should validate my documents with their security team. Then the chat support told me to do that via email and they would respond within 72 hours. After 72 hours without a response, I asked the chat team again about the reason for the delay, then they told me that the problem occurred because I used outlook/hotmail email, so I should try with gmail. I sent the email shortly after, but that's when all hell broke loose. Since then, we have exchanged 29 emails. Twenty-nine. They asked me for photos of my documents, then selfies of me with my document, then selfies of me with my document and a piece of paper with the date of the day and my email on it, then selfies of me with my documents and exchanging emails with them in the background. In the case of the latter, even though I sent more than 10 photos, following all the instructions and with everything legible, since I took them from different angles, they still said it wasn't right. There was no point in threatening to sue and filing a police report. These th13v3s are not afraid. Now when I tried to withdraw the remaining INR 650, I figured out that most of the withdrawal options have minimum limit of INR 2000.
