Moi, je ne suis dans le rang de ceux qui apprécient. Je n'arrive plus à me connecter sur mon compte betwinner depuis le 22 sept 2022, j'ai envoyé toutes les références qu'ils m'ont demandé sur l'adresse qu'ils m'ont indiqué, et depuis je n'ai toujours pas reçu de mail en retour. Dieu seul sait combien de fois je l'ai appelé, mon compte reste toujours inaccessible avec mon argent à l'intérieur. Pour ma part je n'apprécie pas du tout 😡👎🏽

I've been betting for a really long time now and I've been on multiple platforms in that way I can say that I've never come across a betting company that has such an hard time going through the verification process. I've sent them id photos, multiple statement photos but they still always want more and more like I've never before been asked to take a photo of myself, the id and the support emails at once and even after that they still complain that I sent the photo wrongly

I found the site to be really great, their wagering requirements are a bit high but overall I found that I had no issues when betting online, depositing or withdrawing.

this site is a scam. i open accont on 4th july 2022 and on 7th july all my transaction and bet where cannceled and i was told that company has rights to not accept me as a customer. i asked them to give a valid reason. they only keep telling me company reserved right to accept you on the site or not. but let me tell you reason i won 1,200,000 only deposit made was on my very first bet. i ask them valid reason they never give me satisfying answer and blocked me from their site. my account number on betwinner is 445463401 and currently i cant access any thig on my account

Pour recharger votre compte pas de problème, mais en revanche pour retirer c'est tout un tralala, le service client est nul, et je ne dis pas ça parce qu'ils m'ont volé,impossible de comprendre le français qu'ils parlent vu que ce sont des gens qui sont aux Magreb.Ils se sont arrangés pour que quand on cherche à avoir de vrais avis se sont toujours des trucs positifs, mais c'est une grosse ARNAQUE.

Don't use this website, betwinner will not let you withdraw your money if you win, i deposited 70 dollars and won 5000 in casinon but when i tried to withdraw it, i had to have more than 10 calls, 100 e-mails and also have to send my id my pictures, they don't want you to win, they accept all the deposits but not all the withdrawals if you lose 50 and win 20 they will let you take the 20 but if you lose 70 and win 200 they will try their best to keep the money, the more they keep it the more there will be a chance to gamble with it and then lose it don't trust this bookmaker, play with betfair/bet365 and big companies, at least they are not scammers
