The issue started with them cancelling a perfectly valid live football bet claiming it was made on an known outcome when it clearly couldn't have been and wasn't. The following experience with their customer service is just a series of one-way conversations talking to human bots who copy 1 line given to them and ignore all the points and arguments you make. Following that one litigious bet, they imposed a few restricitions on my account but also excluded me from all offers and bonuses without notice to trick me into making more deposits. Using corrupt in the beginning may seem biased but it is the fitting word to describe the way they operate. In reply to the company's reply: I called you directly to address the issue when it happened and all I got was preprogrammed responses from a minimum wage worker with no consideration to the points I made and kept making. You didn't even apologize or offer any compensation for the problems with deposits that were processed with a 6/8 hours delay instead of instantly because of a technical problem on your side. Betwinner is a froud platform. I deposited 10,000 naira to place a bet, after booking the bets they didn't allow me to place it. I try placing a withdrawal but to no avail.
