Replacement cover arrived on time. Easy to order. Good support when we needed to replace the line.

Appears to be good quality and strong but light to carry and put away in shed. Easy to put ground spike into soft ground in winter. Apart from trial run not used it for hanging washing yet.

Excellent company to deal with. I needed an extra spike as I needed 2 positions to place my rotary drier. They were very helpful and quick to sort my request.

We purchased EXTRA-LARGE 4 ARM ROTARY WASHING LINE WITH HOIST. This is a very good product. Extremely well made, sturdy and made to last. Great to be able to get under the line to add/remove items. Only one complaint. The plastic clip that holds up the arms is difficult to release and I do wonder about its durability. Personally, I think a simple pin and hole system would be easier to operate. My wife never seems able to release it and I find it quite difficult. I would still buy this product again because in every other respect it is superior to any line I have ever owned or used.

I ordered the wrong size cover for my Rotary Airer, when I contacted Mark at The Home Laundry he advised as to the Cover I should Purchase and actioned my Refund with no problems / issues an excellent company to do business with

I purchased a 60m rotary clothes line 18 months ago together with cover from this company. The cover started to split at the top so tried to acquire a new 60m extra large one online and The Home and Laundry Company were the only one to stock the larger size. Ordered one which was the wrong size due to misunderstanding. Phoned them and explained and within two days had received a new one without any hassle, first class customer service. The rotary line is still in great condition and new cover will see me through for another couple of years. Would recommend this company.

A good solid piece of equipment. Not yet in use as I need to cement ground spike in but I am familiar with this product having owned one prior to this order. Excellent delivery time. HLC emails were prompt and helpful too.

Delivery was very swift and the line was very easy for my husband to site in our daughter's lawn. The spike went straight into the grass with no problem. Our only concern was the cover as the zip is very tricky to use as it jams at the bottom and therefore you cannot rely on it to open. I will be contacting the manufacturer to ask for advice or a replacement cover. My daughter is looking forward to the weekend to be able to use the line for her large amount of washing. Since sending my first review I have had a reply from Home Laundry saying they would send a replacement which arrived today, 24 hours later! Fantastic service. Thank you

Absolutely tremendous product, I just love having the washing outside. Saves so much money over using an electric drier. Something very satisfying swizzling it round to hang on the next set of lines. I have an L161/8790(D) and after many years faithful service the lower pole section has given up the ghost but the top half is still in perfect working order. Can I get a new bottom pole to keep it going for many more years? More than very satisfied, Max

An absolute nightmare to put together but not a bad product once up. I wanted it as an indoor aired so I imagine a few swear words will be uttered but it is sturdy and useful for the actual job in hand. There is the possibility to make this 5* with just a few modifications to the design.

My wife ordered a rotary clothes line on the 2nd October it arrived before mid-day on the 3rd October - amazing. She is extremely pleased with the product it is sturdy and as we live on a quite windy corner concreted it into the ground following the very clear instructions. It has more than reached all expectations. Would definitely use The Home Laundry Company again.
