The pricing, availability of product, and fast two day delivery
The couch I ordered was subpar. Two of the cushions never "inflated" after unpackaging them making that section of the couch useless. It was a good price for a spare room piece of furniture but now its useless and can't be returned so very disappointing.
This is the 2nd mattress. Came when you said it would. It's now fully inflated and feels just as good as the other (which is now 3+ yrs old)

The process was simple, easy and has great products
Although the item that I purchased which was a 12 volt ride on ATV did not work I was very pleased with their handling of the situation..they credited my account within 48 hours as promised and did not require that I box the item up and return....which would have been an extreme hardship given the size of the item..
