Your product performs as advertised. It's what my great-granddaughter wanted. She's pleased with it. I do have an issue with your assembly instructions. Some of the pieces DID NOT have a number on them. I had to figure out (identify) what the missing numbers were by process of elimination. It would have been helpful if the pieces had been depicted better (i.e., larger diagrams) for us seniors who can't read small print. I'm over 70. I don't have anyone who can or will put toys/furniture together. It ALWAYS falls to me. Your instructions suggests the kitchen can be assembled in 90 minutes. Nay!!! If you've put one together before (recently), yes. It took me about 8 hours over 3 days (when I felt like working on it) to finish putting it together. I hate putting toys and furniture together. This however was a labor of love for my little one. She loves it. If I could have purchased this product already assembled, I would have.

This hotel is clean comfortable, and the staff is very kind and courteous. They accommodated us with the room close to the door. I left my pillow behind and a very kind front desk person named Debbie mailed it back to me on her own private time.

I was very pleased with the quality of the "beginner" electric acoustic guitar for the price. It was packed securely and the shipment time was wonderful. The young person who received it was thrilled with all the extras that was included.

We have bought from bcp for quite a long time now and have always loved their products. We bought our daughter a 3 piece set of outdoor holiday reindeer for Christmas and one of the heads did not light up. We contacted bcp and we had a replacement set within 2 weeks - and didn't even have to go through the hastle of returning such a large product - good for us and them! I am so impressed with their products and now especially their customer service!

Customer service was the best I've recieved from a company ever. My issue was adressed, knowledge of the item I was speaking of was known by the person on the other end of the phone. My issue was taken care of with little to no help of my own, the employee was able to resolve my issue 100% without involving anyone else or having to plead my case. By far the most enjoyable issue I've ever had resolved so quickly. So good that my replacement purchase had arrived prior to this review arriving today. Since my experience I can't help but letting people know about my wonderful treatment by you. Also, Amazon had reached out to inquire about my issue and I couldn't be more happy to tell them how pleased I was with the whole experience.
