The 4 foot pre-lit wreath I ordered was nothing like the ad's picture. I called a couple of times speaking with multiple reps. Finally spoke with a great rep and to my surprise he sent a 2nd wreath which was not necessay, but I guess I'll make 1 wreath like the ad.
